IoT Grand Slam Virtual Internet of Things Conference Date Announced with Call for Papers

The next installment in The Internet of Things Community’s IoT Slam event series is coming this December 11th via its IoT Grand Slam Virtual Internet of Things conference. Serving as the 7th conference in the series, the conference gives a platform for emerging and established IoT providers and users. Coinciding with the event announcement is a call for session proposals, open to IoT practitioners until October 3rd.

The “Slam” in IoT Grand Slam is an acronym, as the conference delivers information on IoT Strategy, Leadership, Advisory, and Methodology. The event is available from anywhere in the world, as it’s completely online and streamed in real-time through a virtual broadcast.

“Building on the successes of 6 prior IoT Slam conferences, we expect to further shape the IoT narrative, garnering the very best IoT thought leadership from our IoT Community,” said Bill Mortimer, Chairman of the IoT Community and IoT Slam Conference, as well as executive vice president of strategic marketing at Spirent Communications. “We invite practitioners with a compelling story to present a paper at this not to be missed virtual event.”

Existing members of the IoT Community have free access to the virtual broadcast if they register for the event before November 30th. Late registration tickets open on December 1st for anyone outside of the IoT Community.
